Makes me wonder if the FBI is going to make McGabe their scapegoat.

That's exactly correct - it was the FBI that called for McCabe to be FIRED and they would only do that under extraordinary circumstances. Sessions deserves a lot of credit for taking the time to make absolutely sure that McCabe deserved firing ...... MORE to come and it's way beyond time.

Nope..there's no 'connect the dots'. It's logical that Trump pressured Sessions..but...Trump is Sessions boss, and firing McCabe on his last day...does seem quite..Trumpian. But, it's not illegal, in and of itself.

To prove criminal intent....would be impossible. More likely, would be Mueller talking to McCabe....

I don't see how that would work. McCabe won't go down alone. He'll take others with him.

I'm sure having AG Sessions do the firing means Trump and Sessions had the signoffs and documentation necessary to perform the firing.

If you want to obstruction of justice, just look at the months leading to the election and how from Comey, McCabe, Loretta Lynch, etc all obstructed justice to prevent Hillary Clinton from being charged for lying under oath.

The fact is Bill Clinton had lied under oath about his infidelity decades ago. Hillary did the same, lied under oath in a senate intelligence hearing and Comey never ordered a grand jury to investigate her email tampering.

I'm sure the swamp that helped Hillary got away with crime just got what they deserved. McCabe paid the price with his pension being zero now for helping Hillary and the other FBI agents for not investigating Hillary in a procedural manner.

Comey was fired because Trump received evidence that he was probably told by Obama not to charge Hillary.

Do you think McCabe should be able to lie on multiple occasions while under oath?

Remember that General Flynn was prosecuted for lying under oath.
Those actions should have been delayed until the Special Prosector's criminal investigation is concluded. Firing McCabe now is witness tampering.

Why would that be directed at Trump? The FBI's OPR themselves recommended McCabe be fired. Nothing to do with Trump.
