Looks like Stormy Daniels is getting death threats every day and has no means to protect herself with the 2nd Amendment.
Unfortunately, being threatened with death isn't a good enough reason to get a conceal carry permit in Los Angeles County.
LA only issues CCW for people who are in the elite 1% politically, or you have to be super rich. The going rate for a CCW for normal people is about $1 million dollars donated to the Mayor or Police Chief MacDonald.
So it looks like Stormy Daniels will have to continue living in fear. If she only lived a few miles away in Ventura or Orange County though, she would be able to get a CCW no problem, and be able to exercise her right to live and protect herself from death threats.

I do think it is sad she can't get a concealed carry weapon but I am not convinced she is really getting all those threats. From what I have heard it has just been her lawyer that is claiming this.

He didn't say that at all, he said that receiving threats is not considered a legitimate excuse for a CCW in LA County. I tried to get one and I put down that I wanted to protect my family and myself due to my work at the time. My CCWwas denied for not having a valid reason for needing one.
