Just like no one knew what was in Obamacare. Pelosi famously said, "We have to sign it to see what's in it." Those tactics worked before so the Political Elites decided to use it again. Is that the kind of government you want? Move to Russia then.

I think you're wrong. Plenty of people will consider anything but a VETO a betrayal, and will NOT be back to offer support at the polls in November or 2020.

I hope I am wrong. But I wonder how they justified the pivot from Mexico paying for the wall to "I need to veto the bill because it doesn't offer US taxpayer money to build the wall".
