Yes it is if they tell you to show your hands and you disobey to pull something out of your pockets. For some reason you skipped over the pulling out something that looked like a gun part. Why did you forget that part? And the vandalism. That's the problem with you BLM people. You compulsively lie about all these cases.

Vandalism and running should NOT be CAPITAL offenses. As a matter of fact, it wasn't an offense at all since the man wasn't even arrested, let alone charged before being summarily executed.

I see no evidence that he was not doing exactly as they said and they shot him for it. When he showed them his hands he had the cellphone which spooked them into the Gun, gun, gun and the shooting.

So you know that he was jumping fences, fleeing police, refusing to obey order to stop, not raising his hands and after disobeying orders he was again told to stop and show his hands. Instead, he pulls out a cell phone? I don't believe he had it in his hands while he was jumping fences, so he had to pull it out just before being shot.
If he had done what police told him to do, he would be alive. He made bad choices and fled from police. Rather than raise his hands, he had a small black object in his hands. That doesn't end well for anyone.

You're intentionally propagating hyperbole that he was executed with premeditated intent for vandalism, which is very disingenuous. The police were chasing a criminal with no respect for personal property, savagely smashing in car windows in the neighborhood. It's not a large leap to believe that he may hold the same lack of respect for other people's lives. He pulled something out of his pocket in pitch black darkness while running from police and the police reacted in a split second.
It's unfortunate, and no one deserves to die for vandalism, but Clark put himself in that situation and what ended up happening was very probable. Maybe the guy even committed suicide by cop
Not necessarily. There have been many instances of cops shooting people when they have their hands up or are already on the ground.
Yes, many instances of white people being shot in those situations. One that made the national news where a white kid was on the floor and got killed. Where were the mass protests?
