The dictionaries need to provide decade by decade word origins, and possibly the geographic and political launch areas.

Word lives matter, even historic lives.

"Arrogant" from Latin times meant "individual action".

Nowadays, it means "tyrant".

See the movie Lorenzo's Oil.

I, like Donald J.Trump, apparently, was hit many times with: "Who the hell do you think . . "Who told you you can . . .

etc., etc.

...if one "identifies" as a man, isn't one no longer eligible for enrollment?

According to their website, Mount Holyoke is a WOMEN's college. And they are honoring WOMEN's history month on their website. No wonder their students can't concentrate on what they're saying!

Id say just give each student a number and use that to identify them but then there would be outcry over 50% of the students being labelled as odd. Welcome to Play the Game! Not sure what it is but everyone loses and nobody wins.

I HAVE A DREAM...that one day American Colleges will return to the business of educating children.
I had no idea that the faculty of Mount Holyoke consists mostly of racist, homophobic, transphobic xenophobic white Christian men. It must if they felt the need to issue this code of conduct. A women's liberal arts college, in Massachusetts, has to be about the most "woke" place on earth. This sounds like a solution in search of a problem, which is what the progressive movement has devolved into. The really big, important, civil rights issues of our time have mostly been solved. Not that racism, homophobia, etc have been eliminated, but our society has made vast improvements in these areas. If you notice, it seems progressives don't actually devote their time and resources on trying to solve the remaining real problems, which day to day effect people. Their concerns are getting narrower and narrower and more esoteric. For example, this ridiculous emphasis on microagressions. Next thing you know, they will move on to nanoagressions. While I think the vast majority of even liberals think things like this are crazy, the people who are promoting this way of thinking have an influence grossly out of proportion to their share of the population, due to their concentration in academia and the media.
