I have not heard one Liberal say, "Gee. Stormy was an unknown and it was SHE that started this garbage....going on TV and talking about this. Could she be lying about this?" But because it involves Trump, and because it's another weak opportunity to try and take him down, one has to ask... if your best friend was accused of sleeping with a prostitute (aka-bad porn actress) , would you question it AT ALL?
Of course, you would. But since it's Trump being dragged in the limelight by a bad excuse for a h**ker and her low life attorney, it's OKAY with some.....Does anyone here see potential dollar signs ($$$$$$$$) in regards to Stormy and her Attorney???? Or do you see her as a poor, innocent victim who just MUST go on TV and tell you all about it? Something stinks here and I think it's Stormy....and her annoying attorney..,.

actually it was cohen that got trump in the mess he is today. it was cohen, in an unforced error, that publically claimed that he paid daniels and trump had no knowledge of it. since the settlement agreement specifically requires actions on trump's part it is invalid if he has no knowledge of it.
nope. this is covered under the "de facto officer doctrine":
"The de facto officer doctrine confers validity upon acts performed by a person acting under the color of official title even though it is later discovered that the legality of that person’s appointment or election to office is deficient."
this came up a lot with the birthers' claims that all of obama's actions would be "null and void".

Trump is the "My personal Viet Nam" guy who would hump a Volkswagen if he thought there was a rat in the trunk. I have no doubt whatsoever that she is telling the absolute truth. Apparently, so did Cohen, to mortgage his house and jeopardize his law license by violating campaign finance laws to keep her from killing his campaign by going public with her story.
I'm waiting on the DNA results to come back from the stains on the gold dress she was wearing when they hooked up. I'm sure they will prove his innocence, though. Aren't you...?
Yep, but it looks like all that baggage is going to be searched now. There is a big difference in knowing there is baggage to actually seeing it.
