Actually, it's quite simple. Someone who is unemployable doesn't have a job. No job plus no safety net=no money. No money=no food, unless people were willing to give said person food for free (which I doubt, as people such as yourself have proven that people are selfish at heart), and after not eating for about two weeks, you die. That doesn't require "socialism" at all
