Eleven members of Congress just sent a letter to the FBI, and DOJ referring, Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Loretta Lynch, Sally Yates, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page for criminal investigations.
There are some very serious crimes listed in the letter, things could very well be getting quite interesting in the coming months.
Who knows, after the IG reports are released, we could start seeing some of these people indicted.
Congress isn't playing around anymore, this is a serious escalation, they are putting increasing pressure on the FBI/DOJ to expose, and proscute these corrupt members of the Obama administration.

The Director & Deputy Director of the FBI have both been caught lying under oath & leaking to the media. They're both fired. Loretta Lynch, James Comey & Andrew McCabe are all publicly accusing one another of lying. We've had 11 high ranking FBI/DOJ/FISA judges get fired, demoted, recused or suddenly resign once the texts became public. The texts talk about setting up secret meetings with the FISA judge, high level FBI meetings about an "insurance policy" in case Trump won, we have a Federal Prosecutor assigned to the case, a Grand Jury already empaneled & it appears five of the FBI/DOJ officials are cooperating witnesses in the investigation.
The left is claiming alternately A) there's nothing there B) it's a Stalin-like tactic to purge bad actors from the KGB, I mean FBI or C) you don't love America if you don't trust blindly the intelligence community.

The "discredited dossier" is the basis for which these 11 republicans are basing their case. So if it's discredited, how can the use it as some sort of evidence. By filing this, isn't that saying the dossier is true?
What your suggesting is, "We have no evidence, but we want them prosecuted".
