My question is this: If the criminal conspiracy to overthrow the presidency of the United States by the Obama admin, CIA/FBI/DNI/FISA Court & Fusion GPS is proven true, would you all agree that A) President Trump is owed a massive apology & that B) anything stemming from the Mueller investigation, including the SDNY referral are all illegal and should be thrown out?
If Trump was guilty of anything, why would Mueller beat around the bush and go after all these guys instead of Trump?
Why waste a year or two on other people?
Mueller either has nothing on Trump or he thinks he might but hasn't found it.

Regardless of who you are, being President of the United States does buy you some perks. As president, you don't get charged with much of anything based on 'he said, she said'. Any case brought before a judge where the president is the defendant has to be based on a lot of fact and needs to be pretty iron clad. Building such a case involves a lot of people, time and effort. If it has any holes in it, it never makes it to trial.

The reference for the investigation is to examine Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections. Even if Obama and whoever were found guilty, this investigation is separate.
I know many liberals/Democrats feel Trump is the ultimate target for Mueller but it never was. The whole investigation was to find out if and how the Russians interfered with the 2016 election.
