If Trump wants to send a message by avoiding the Correspondents Dinner, he should be overseas visiting the troops or meeting with world leaders. Not holding a campaign rally for self promotion.

That didn't start when the media started their war against conservatives.

The nastiness started when they began to lose.

works both ways.

The media's is showing how thin skinned it is by its hysteria over trump not attending.

Glad he did not attend the elitist celebration of an official propaganda machine. Previous presidents did not have to deal with a propaganda machine, they just had a biased press, which would be acceptable.

Waiting for those celebrated elitists be charged with sexual harassment, its coming.

How many elitist media stars attended this celebration in previous years and now are pariahs and persona non grata.

LOL. He's still talking about his electoral college victory. And, yes, he went insane over the crowd numbers at his inauguration.

It's got nothing to do with bad people. Trump is the snowflakiest of them all.

Why? Why does he need some earth shattering reason to not go where it was obvious he and his admin would be insulted all night?

The only hysteria is currently being shown by Trump supporters. IDGAF if Trump showed up or not.

He is not funny (not intentionally) anyway and he certainly can't take a joke so it's probably best if he stays away and gets an ego massage in Michigan anyway.

If so then why are you here posting? As usual your words don't match your actions...

Correspondents Dinner used to be classy with comedians and people like Bob Hope, Frank Sinatra, Milton Berle, James Cagney, Peter Sellers, Richard Pryor, Merv Griffith, Chevy Chase, Jay Leno. They made jokes about the President but stayed classy and weren't insulting.

now it comes down to liberal hacks Michelle Wolf who are not funny who are foul mouth and insulting.

Ronald and Nancy Reagan and former Republican Presidents would skip it also if they knew it came down to this garbage.
