Once more and more gay marriages start to materialize, and men/men or women/women couples become more prevalent in our shopping malls, business meetings and churches, we may see this level of support grow even quicker.
So.... why should gays ask for something that others get as a natural right from the people? Why should people have the power to say yes or no on this?
Because homosexuals, or whatever subgroup of US citizens you'd like to mention, don't rule over the rest of us.
The funny thing is, all the Gaystapo had to do was make their case to the people instead of going behind our backs to the SC, suing Christian bakers, etc.
...
Among Americans who oppose same-sex marriage, close to half (45%) are against allowing small business owners to refuse service to gay and lesbian people.
Does gay marriage have their blessing or are the people just tired of fighting it, because the way liberal fight, you can't defeat an issue, it keep coming back so you just compromise, which is when you let the other bastard win
Gays represent maybe 1% of the population. It is a non issue for me. I really don't care what they do, and would rather focus on meaningful issues with some significance instead of Identity Politics.
Could care less about same-sex marriage as long as it becomes the law of the land by an act of the people or their elected representatives.
Abortion is different.
I could never accept that.

The backlash, in part, gave us Gorsuch on the Supreme Court and some very conservative prospects to replace aging justices.

Ginsberg is 85...tick-toc...tick-toc...
So you want American's civil rights to be decided by the majority instead of the Law?
Imagine if we did that to blacks when they were trying to get their civil rights.
The Supreme Court is the last resort to address a grievance of the people so how is that going behind your back?
Are you against the rule of Law or are you for mob rule mentality instead?
