He's just saying he wishes there was some way to know ahead of time if a person is treating him poorly due to his skin color or just because that person is a jerk to everyone.

Or, if he's treated better when with white friends just because he's with them.

I think we have all wondered at times if the way we were being treated was based on some sort of superficial characteristic that was out of our control.

He was just using satire and a thing we commonly read to make decisions, such as a Yelp rating, to indicate a way he could get some feedback to help him make decisions.

I didn't see any "hating of white people" in there at all.

I think the word you're looking for is "bigot." Black people can be bigots, most definitely.

It's satire, for one thing.

For another, I know that black people, as a group, do have to put up with way more crap than the average white person.
