Nunes says he will now move to hold AG Sessions in contempt of congress over subpoena AG Sessions has chose to ignore.

Nunes said, today 5/6/2018, he is moving forward this week to hold AG Sessions in contempt of congress.

Up-dated link. We should see some new reporting on this soon. First Nunes sent a letter that Sessions responded to saying he wouldn't comply and then a subpoena was sent that Sessions has decided to ignore so the next step is to hold him in contempt.

I question id AG Sessions is the right person to hold in contempt since he recused himself from the Russian investigation. Seems to me it would be DAG Rosenstein.
Its all over providing documents. IDK They are all in contempt IMO.

I hope Nunes does, but we will see. Contempt is a kind word for the weak, self-interested little coward. One thing for sure this problem isn't going away anytime soon enough.

The DOJ pushes back.

This is the same document Judge Ellis in Manafort's case wants to see. If they won't give it to congress I don't see them giving it to the Judge. Two trains are moving towards a head on collision.
The judge could hold Mueller's prosecutors in contempt before the congress holds someone in contempt.
