This is what I expected which is why I said from the start that I was especially interested in who Democrats would pick. I couldn't imagine them picking anyone. Notice the right is naming names while (most of) the left responding to this thread is just bashing the posts from the right. I can respect those who said John Edwards...that was a good answer...I almost forgot about that slimeball.

I was a Green for a while. I thought Nader's name recognition would finally start growing the party. Later I learned his history and political incompetence. He can't compromise.

The very next year quit congress and lobbied for big pharma making millions. How that is not a payoff I will never know.
