two takeaways
1. Wall are wonderful.
2. Israel stopped an invasion.
Being anti-apartheid state is NOT being anti-Jewish (again, anti-semitic is the wrong term, since Arabs are also semitic)

Its all economic. Stop taking away land and allow people to become citizens. Citizens with equal rights and the ability to live.
That sounds really nice, but take a poll of Palestinians in the area. The last thing they want is to become Israeli citizens. In their minds Israel doesn't even exist. They'd rather butcher Jews. 21 percent of Israel's citizens are Arabs of which 80 percent are Muslims. The vast majority of those live along side Jewish Israelis without issue. The minority are Christians. You obviously are wrong. Arab citizens have full voting rights. In fact it's about the only place in the Middle East where Arab women are allowed to vote. Your entire post is a huge fail.

When the British protectorate was ended, and the State of Israel was created, a combined invasion by Egypt, Jordan and Syria, together with expeditionary forces from Iraq, entered Palestine. The Muslims were warned not to defend their property from fellow Muslim "liberators." Many abandoned their property and fled so as not to be forced to fire on their "brethren" - or be shot by them.

After Israel prevailed, the refugee Muslims were not allowed to return. The refugees were considered members of an aggressor group defeated in a war of its own making. The exodus was a direct consequence of the Muslim's criminal invasion, it was argued. That they refused to defend their lands from Muslim invasion and failed to give allegiance to the new government, illustrated they weren't really victims, but sore losers of a failed Muslim conquest. And still the Palestinians maintain the illusion that they were victims of a Zionist conspiracy to "steal" the lands they abandoned.

Since they cannot win by conventional warfare, they are using psychological warfare, based on fabrication and deception to gain support for their surreptitious conquest of Israel.

It is not working, since the infidels are waking up and disregarding the lies peddled by the jihadis and zealots.

If you think that Biblical prophecy is not relevant to the world, you are about to see just how important what God says He will do in the world, concerning Israel, is to every event of world history.

From the first prophecy in the Bible that God predicted in Genesis 3:15, to the final events of Revelation, chapter 22, all that was predicted before our current time, has come to pass, all that is yet to come, will be fulfilled.

I would say that's a giant load of BS

There are no prophecies, nor gods. We make the future as we live, i.e. there is no way to know what will happen. Only uncertain forecasts for the immediate future are possible, like with weather forecasts. Is a meteorologist a prophet?
The Bible is full of errors, contradictions, false prophecies etc.

The god of the Jews and Christians (and probably Muslims as well, if it is the same one) is a racist, barbarian psychopath. Be happy such a monster does not exist! Although it's already bad and sad enough it still exists in the heads of so many fools...

In reality, since no new building has been built or purchased for an American embassy in Jerusalem, the US Consulate located in the Eastern part of Jerusalem will officially become the US Embassy in Jerusalem. At the same time, the building used for the US embassy in Tel Aviv will become an American consulate and even today the consular section is holding business as usual. In reality only 50 US Embassy workers from the Tel Aviv building are being transferred to work in Jerusalem. The American ambassador will only work part-time in Jerusalem as many of the foreign ambassadors will continue to only agree to meet in the Tel Aviv location. This is similar to Israeli Government Ministers who all have offices in Tel Aviv as well as Jerusalem.

Meanwhile, weekly protests at the Gaza border are being held with the Hamas leadership encouragment every Friday for the last few weeks. They are burning tires (which is bad for the environment!) and sending kites with explosives towards the Israeli side. This past Friday they even destroyed the crossing from which Israel sends humanitarian aid to Gaza residents. Today/Monday due to the formal opening of the US embassy in Jerusalem there are also protests in several Palestinian cities within the West Bank area. All this will probably be escalate even more tomorrow/Tuesday on "Nakba" (the Arabic word for catastrophe) Day which is what the Palestinian Arabs call the day that modern State of Israel came into being.

So looking at the situation realistically not too much on the ground has changed meaning the Palestinian Arabs will use any excuse for violence against Israel and Israelis even if it means more harm for themselves.
I don't follow all this stuff. What is the bottom line? Are the Jews within their rights or the Arabs? Who owned Jerusalem originally, Jews or Arabs?

From what I hear on the news the Jews took it over by force from the Arabs. Is that true?

Then why the need to wall off a section of the country where a minority is trying to live?

How far back in history do you wish to go? Jerusalem was created by Jews and was a Jewish city long before Muslims even existed. Jews and Arabs were once the same people with a religious difference.

I hesitate to get involved.

The 194 UN partition agreement was to make Jerusalem and open and free city- an "international regime". The Jews accepted this while the Arabs rejected it.

The 1948 war made it moot and the Jordanians grabbed half of Jerusalem while the now Israelis grabbed the other half.

Then the Israelis grabbed the Jordanian half due to the 1967 war. And they have had the whole thing since.
