Good, all the more reason to move the embassy. They are there to work not drink and party.
Why does it need to? Im not trying to be snide , but why does it need to benefit the US to do the normal thing and put our embassy in the capital of a country , and per the request of the host country?

Hardly a ringing endorsement by any measure of what the "bigger" world thinks of the recent move to make recognize Jerusalem as the official capital of Israel.
