So they had control of an area the size of Texas and now they have control of "part" of a town. Look for them to be eliminated in days! Better than the Obama JV days!

Syria is a quarter the size Texas and the caliphate was only a part of that. In addition, most of that "texas size" is uninhabited desert and the fighting and control has always been over towns and connecting ribbons So yes, ISIS retaking a strategic town is a big deal, don't treat them like a JV squad.
