When you shoplift, you are charged for the retail value of the items, not the sales price.

so, lets say you steal 5 purses that are 50 dollars on 90% clearance, meaning they are actually 500 a piece retail, thats enough to get you 10 years in jail.

About 150 years ago, it got you killed.

Yes and as the opioid crisis is affecting white people...all of a sudden it’s time to decriminalize drugs.

As it goes.

LA Times
This type of "no arrest" policy didn't work out so well in Broward County Florida.
Cruz was a long time problem that everyone knew about - the "no arrest" resulted in 17 people murdered. Leftist Cities are dangerous - dangerous because the Leftists even promote "free crime".

Actually, its around 55-45, and prior to 2008, white shooters with black victims were the majority.

in both cases, you are more likely to be killed by someone of your own race, than vice versa.

55-45? ...not sure what you are referring too. My claim is that minorities in American cities who get shot are almost always shot by other minorities, not white cops or other white people.
