You are missing the point. "General speeches" or "one minutes" are one minute speeches where a Congressperson can give a speech on any topic. It's an open mike. Ted Cruz can read "Green Eggs and Ham" during a filibuster but Lieu can't play an audio tape?
Playing a tape is NOT the same thing as an elected official speaking. Especially playing a tape that was probably created in a Hollywood sound studio and is as fake as the rest of the "proof" the left manufacturers.

He's from CA a state that is over populated, cost of housing is outrageous, can barely provide for their citizens and they want to take in millions of more 3rd world uneducated illegals.
CA needs to elect some new representatives. She should have called the Sargent of Arms and booted the guy.
