The argument from whiny libs in the other thread was that these illegals were only seeking asylum, whether they crossed through the proper border crossing or jumped the border illegally, they were only seeking aslyum therefore they shouldn't be arrested and separated from their children. Let's not pretend this wasnt repeated a million times in that thread.

Ancient hardly. So you think in the past couple years all of the illegals show up for their court date? There is years of data showing a good percentage those coming across the border that were caught and released never showed for their court hearing.

Being that using asylum is brand new, they are just now having hearings and said asylum seekers are detained until said hearing, so no there are no statistics on the as nothing has occurred yet. To think that there would be any difference between those sneaking across the boarder illegally and those sneaking across the border illegally scream asylum is quite foolish.

You expect far too much from the cult. The OP created this thread on a lie, and the cult obediently jumps in and perpetrates his lie. It's what the cult does. They cover for their Liar-in-Chief with more lies. This thread is a great example of that.

And here comes another one...
Another one WHAT? Are you saying no illegal aliens who come here already have relatives in the US? Are you saying no illegal aliens ever steal social security numbers?

Yes, did you? Yes Flake exaggerated or inflated the numbers at 90% and was called out on it. The other reports put it from 30-40%, one 47% and specific courts sighting instances of 18 of 20 not showing. This is fact that a large % do not show up for court. Can you link reports where 100% is showing up?

I imagine you haven't been in court much.

Yes I did read the text. I included that one to show that some may inflate numbers. In that article he was called out and official said the actual number was between 30 and 40%. Because I included one article correcting an inflated number of 90% does not make the fact that there is indeed factual numbers proving a good number of those caught in the country illegally never show for their court hearing. The other articles I linked support the 30 to 40+%. If you had read them.

It seems the question was too big of a challenge for you. You must understand the question before trying to answer it.

If you don't like the term "asylum seeker" then take it up with the OP. Seeking asylum is a legal form of immigration. Like with any other form, sometimes the application is approved, and sometimes it is rejected. The claim here is that the asylum seekers do not show up for their own asylum hearings, and I asked for a link to back it up.

Proven wrong so you resort to this foolishness. Typical.

You proved nothing. I asked a simple question, and you provided links which had nothing to do with the question.

It would seem the question was too big of a challenge for you. It is illegals who are arrested and given court hearings. After illegally crossing the border they claim they are seeking asylum. Seeking asylum legally one enters through port of entry or better yet applies before coming to the country or its border. So when the illegally cross the border they have committed a crime regardless of declaring asylum. So if they are seeking asylum why don't they show up for their deportation court date?

How many asylum hearings have their been since Sessions attempt to arrest and detain all illegal border crossings?
