The legacy is set with less than 2 years in office. The court ruled not on what was said as a candidate but on what he said in the order. It was within Presidential power and was it constitutional. They said it was.
You are actually PROUD of the fact that what he said to get elected was complete BS? How can you cheer that on?
And now you see why refusing to honor the constitution/preventing Obama from appointing the last SCJ as was his duty/right/obligation was so important. All of these recent decisions regarding gerrymandering/travel ban would be going the opposite direction if the imposter Gorsuch were not on the court. Democrats have to realize that the GOP is not moral and will not play by the rules. Being the party that does the right thing has become a losing proposition.
I agree with the travel ban. There is no reason that the United States should let in people from countries that are hotbeds of terrorism or that don’t particularly like us.
We should only allow foreigners who are beneficial to the United States and are willing to embrace the values, traditions and laws of this country.
If the final year of a presidency is now a "lame duck" period regarding appointments as the precedence from Gorsuch has set she really only needs to make it 18 more months.
When you stack a Supreme Court to fit your agenda of hate they will see things your way most or the time.
Exactly.
The GOP: not above theft to enforce their agenda.
I hope everyone remembers this in November.
