You just described both Bush 43 and Obama and both were re-elected. Cheney wasn't destroyed and as you note, neither was Bolton.

Vladimir Putin controls every aspect of the Russian government. Whether by blind support or apathy or authoritative control, ditto the public. When Vladimir Putin decides to engage in a conflict, it will be realized. For only a lack of resources and/or fear of the consequences has Russia confined its militarism to Syria, Ukraine, Georgia, and cyber warfare against too many countries to name.
We had a debate over invading Syria. We had a vote and the vote was "NO". That didn't stop the president did it?

There was a reason Russia meddled in our election so that Hillary wouldn't get elected. Let that sink in.

She threatened to start a war with them. Do you blame them for not wanting her? Dont we have enough wars already? When did the (D)'s decide to be the war mongers?

An hour long meeting with Putin, with no press and no Americans allowed.

Let's see a show of hands - How many think Vlad has the meeting on tape to insure he has leverage in the future to assure compliance with his plan...?

I looked at that hashtag.

It reminded me of the people bawling inside the Javits Center around 10pm EST, Nov, 8, 2016.

The funniest thing I've heard in the last two days about Trump's incoherent, contradictory, uninformed statements and actions is the decision by NATO leaders to let Trump say whatever he wants, to not disagree with him, but to carry on and make announcements as though he is not part of the conversation. For example, when Trump announced that he alone has caused all NATO leaders to make certain commitments, NATO leaders have decided to simply ignore him and make announcements that actually reflect reality.

Regarding Trump's claims about who is to blame for Russia's poor reputation, it's best to ignore Trump and carry on. We can only assume that Trump has memory issues or a poor education if he is unaware of why Russia is a threat, or who is to blame for countries having poor relations with Russia.

Gee, how come Hillary threatening war with Russia wasn't made a critical issue during the 2016 elections? Critical thinking folks!

Hillary did have the courage to suggest imposing a no fly zone in Syria. Trump submits.
