Russian media crows over Trump-Putin love.

https://www.aol.com/article/news/201...love/23485685/

Trumpers here are mostly for Trump's accepting and receptive [wink:wink]responses to Putin. Russian media are giddily tuned-in to Trump's sycophantic love for Putin. Must make Trumpers so proud. Does it?
Everybody knows Trump is in the tank for Putin except Trump and Trumpers. None so blind as those who will not see.

Quote:
#Russia's state TV host:
"It is very bizarre, you can't bash your own country like that - especially when you're the President."
Female host: "When Trump says our relations are bad because of American foolishness and stupidity, he really smells like an agent of the Kremlin."
Quote:
“Let’s analyze Trump’s performance at the presser. At which point in time could you say he was licking Putin’s boots? Why did @Schwarzenegger describe him as a wet noodle?” said a host.

“He said nothing about the annexation, [Russian] aggression or #Skripal.” which was in reference to the former Russian spy poisoned in Britain with a deadly nerve agent in an attack widely believed to be ordered by the Russian government."...The Russian media has echoed the bipartisan condemnation that President Trump has received for his joint press conference with Putin in Helsinki.
Quote:
Critics have hit back at Trump for publicly disparaging the conclusions of American intelligence agencies and appearing to side with the Russian autocrat. Joe Scarborough said Trump acted like a “dopey stooge,” while on “Fox & Friends” Brian Kilmeade explained to Trump directly why he had erred in the summit.
.
OMG somebody is ALWAYS having to explain EVERYTHING (even the basics) to Trump. When you've done SO MUCH WRONG throughout life and gotten away with it as he has, right is an unknown quantity. And with him, everything hinges on the last person he talked to and getting through his MASSIVE EGO. Even if it only lasts for a moment.

Well, Russian media gets it when Trumpers don't. What does that say?

On TV, as I'm typing, Stephen Colbert referenced whether Trump is a Russian agent. Paraphrasing, he said, let's just say I have an agent and he does less for me than Trump does for Putin. ---And then a deep, heavy, mournful sigh for our country.

According to NPR, the Russians are simply delighted. They feel that Trump publicly ate humble pie "About the stupidity and foolishness of previous American Administrations." They also feel that Putin came off as the leader who is truly presidential in act and word.

Trump's behavior has been simply despicable - even for him.. He might as well have sat on Trump's lap like a ventriloquist's doll. And now NPR is reporting that Trump wants a second meeting with Putin only here in DC right in time for the midterm elections. Unbelievable!

And he did the same thing for the North Korean media, giving them all kinds of fodder for their propaganda machine.

When is Trump going to start representing American interests? Or is that too much to ask from an American President?

It's not gonna happen, but I say this in all seriousness as someone with many years of mental health experience. The man needs a thorough MH exam by a highly respected, non-partisan panel of professionals including those with forensic MH experience. There are serious problems there and the more blatantly they emerge (as if we haven't seen enough already) and the worse it gets, the more he will be protected by the diehards.

Who ever thought we would live through something this bizarre and insane in our own country and in our lifetime without our fellow citizens rising up and saying, "ENOUGH!"? How traitorous do his actions need to be? Instead of screwing investors (like Madoff--their own money gets people's attention!), Trump is decimating our country, it's strength and it's place in the world. And the outcome rests squarely on the shoulders of those who continue to follow and defend him. What happens when you combine treason, sociopathy and mental dysfunction? Trump.
