It's already legal to use a CNC machine or to finish 80%ers. It's not legal for a felon to own but they can legally buy one.

True. I'm thinking the danger comes from people who are trying to execute somebody and then taking their own lives. The other worry would be teenagers making these. In other words, people who aren't concerned/aren't thinking about the illegality part of the equation.

Hopefully this will be the beginning of the end for a bunch of other unconstitutional laws.

For Wilson and his supporters, the ability to build unregulated and untraceable guns will make it much harder, if not impossible for governments to ban them.

They were going to lose this case," Blackman said. "If the government litigated this case and they lost this decision could be used to challenge other kinds of gun control laws."

3-D Printed Guns Will Soon Be Legal

It has always been CONSTITUTIONAL to make your own personal weapons(yes, even rockets and explosives) It is called Individual Liberty. Something this nation was founded upon and decreed in documents so no one can forget and change it.

Liability comes when you sell to others, and it malfunctions and harms someone.

The day will come, when everyone will have to fill their hand.

There are already many 'ghost guns' in existence, these have no serial numbers, no brands, no ways to track them, Any metal fab shop can crank out guns, even full autos, and build them from scratch.

No matter what the law is. You can't create a law that will address someone that is not concerned about the repercussions of breaking it.

There are no repercussions so it's difficult to say.

Right, as soon as you pick up a 3D printer, learn and perfect the technology, locate the plans and build the gun, build the ammo and complete the testing. Easy as pie, any 3 year old can do it.

Sort of yes, sort of no. A basic cheap 3d printer might be able to print a gun that fires only a few times, however printers that print metal at incredibly high resolution are regularly dropping in price, and can print incredibly well designed guns capable of firing thousands of rounds with no worries.
