this part i'm curious about. kellyanne conway this morning was vaguely talking about assumed confidentiality in the workplace but she never cited any exact law or mentioned any non-disclosure agreement nor has the WH legal team taken any measures to block the tapes release. i think it's a safe assumption that the book publisher's lawyers have reviewed this point so...... will be curious to find out the legality of these tapes.

He's got a history that goes way back more than 40 years - starting with his family organization getting sued for housing discrimination, his public pronouncements on the Central Park Five, his role in the birther movement, and his public statements on the Charlotteville riots and the white supremacists, not to mention his retweets of white supremacist tweets.

obama made his state issued birth certificate available to the public online in june 2008, later mitt romney, ted cruz and donald trump would do similar. of all those only obama was demanded to show a "long-form" and even after that was provided the birthers demanded more proof. to demand a higher level of proof from a black candidate than a white is where the racism lies in birtherism.

And Trump kept flogging the "birther" dead horse long after it had been debunked a thousand times over. He only stopped when backed into a corner by the press he was forced to admit, grudgingly and reluctantly, that Obama is a U.S. citizen.
