Perfect candidate for a state that can't pay their bills.


I say, run whoever you want, Illinois - but DO NOT come crying to the feds (in other words, the taxpayers) for a bailout.

Well she is a Dem so that means if she wins the election she should be a millionaire by the end of her term.
