No.

Technically he was found guilty of 8 of 18 charges and will be facing prison for those 8.

Technically, it sounds like the jurors couldn't agree on the other ten. The prosecution is free to call for a retrial for those 10.

For Manafort or Cohen to "flip," there has to be something for them to "flip" about.

If they had something to offer, you would have thought they would have produced it before they were declared guilty in a court of law.

So, that has now happened in both cases, and there is STILL no evidence to support the baseless charge by the anti-democratic, sore-loser Democrat left that Trump conspired with Russia to steal the 2016 presidential election from Mrs. Bill Clinton.

Cohen pleaded guilty yesterday. Between his plea and his sentencing hearing, which will occur in about 3 months, he will have a chance to tell the the prosecutor anything he knows about Trump, with the hope that the prosecutor will recommend a lighter sentence to the federal judge who will sentence him. What he tells the prosecutor will be confidential and unless Cohen talks about it, or testifies about it at a later trial of someone else, the public will never know what he says. According to Cohen's lawyer, he's going to tell the prosecutor everything he knows.

Federal criminal proceedings are governed by statute and and the federal sentencing guidelines, not by Twitter, or other social media. The fact that Cohen has not publicly commented on anything means nothing.

Regarding Manafort, he would probably prefer to go to federal prison for the rest of his life than take a chance on Putin killing his family. My best guess is that he will not cooperate with the prosecutor.

And frankly Cohen better have some good bodyguards as well
Even though he is likely related to Russian mobsters, there is no protection for people who out their own...
Note than none of the Russian mob that Cohen has been involved with for decades was implicated by any of the charges he plead guilty to
Where did that extra money he didn't declare come from????

That was a very "selective" plea yesterday for a million pages of documentation not protected by attorney-client priviledge for a fixer of Cohen's reputation...
Didn't even have the Elliot Broidy payoffs which most people are prone to consider is really a front for Trump

Given the lives they lead, this is pretty hard to imagine.
Agreed. No way a family like tha Manaforts who are used to living the high life, to include $15,000 ostrich jackets, will want to live in some one stop-light town in rural Nevada.

I think Paul Manafort is willing to spend decades in federal prison in order to protect his family.

As far as I can tell, there are not even the most tenuous connections between Manafort and Russia. His trial next month accuses him of representing Ukraine without registering as a foreign representative, as require by law. He almost surely will be convicted of that, but if you have even the most basic understanding of geography, you will know that Russia and Ukraine are not the same thing.

Cohen has already been interviewed by Mueller, as this case started off with Mueller, in an attempt to try to bully Cohen into either confessing or manufacturing some sort of charge against Trump. To this day, there is literally nothing. If there was, it would have been leaked and the the leftist media would have broadcast it 24-7 for weeks on end. Instead, we have stories about Stormy Daniels, which has nothing to do with him supposedly conspiring with the Russians to steal the 2016 presidential election from the eventual loser of that election, Mrs. Bill Clinton.

Nothing. Literally nothing. That is what there is to support these baseless assertions.

I don't think Trump will pardon Manafort, but simply commute his sentence which would be appropriate. He already served time, and he's a convicted felon. But does he deserve to rot years in jail? Nope.

He deserves the same accountability for bank fraud and tax evasion that any other American would suffer. There is no reason why he should be given favoritistic treatment on those charges, and I expect Donald Trump to respect that.

Manafort is a narcissist and an extreme dumba__. You should not be able to behave in this sort of lawless manner and get away with it.

You type so confidently, and yet I'm sure you'd be willing to admit that you have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA what Bob Mueller knows.

Hech, you started your entire post off with "as far as I can tell...." Thankfully, Special Counsel Bob Mueller's team is rock solid and there hasn't been a single leak from his team in over a year. Nobody knows what information, evidence, and testimony he may or may not have.

So when you say "literally nothing to support these baseless assertions," that's simply your opinion.
