"Most Americans’ Wages Have Actually Declined Over the Past Year"

"And on Tuesday, the big picture on Americans’ paychecks grew even darker: In May, U.S. inflation accelerated to its fastest pace in more than six years — and wiped out what little wage growth the typical American worker had seen over the past 12 months in the process."

Trickle Down is a scam. It has never delivered on its promises. Money injected at the top stays at the top.

Trumponomics: making the rich richer while the middle class goes nowhere. Face it Trumpsters: you were conned by a con man. He's no friend of ordinary Americans. All he cares about is himself and his rich Russian cronies.

All ruin ones opinions.

The Hart is missing the unemployment.

The truth will be reviled at the end of Trump's second term.

We have instant coffee but we haven't developed an instant economy yet.

The point is, big industry and the people that own them, the fat cats, are getting fatter. Of course it is the fat cats that are big political donors. Then of course back door business transactions are making all of them richer via insider trading, riders on bills, new highways and such that just happen to go through or past land politicians own and so on. The 'opportunities' big business and politics exploit are endless.

In the mean time, the poor smuck earning minimum wage is just happy to have a job.

It's by design that the Republicans tank the economy for the average American and enrich themselves and the corporate masters on the backs of the rest. They needed Trump's signature on the tax cuts and they got it...but they still want more. Trump's POS treasury secretary Mnuchin is attempting to bypass Congress for more thievery and to further funnel money to his and Trump's cronies.

Don't buy the lies. Trump and his billionaires might be doing well. But the economy is not the best it's ever been, at least not for working families.

Over and over again, Donald Trump tells us the U.S. economy is “absolutely booming,” the “strongest we’ve ever had” and “the greatest in the history of America” thanks to his leadership and his leadership alone. Unfortunately, like virtually everything that comes out of his mouth, Trump is not being truthful with the American people.

The good news is that over the last several years, long before Trump became president, the unemployment rate has been steadily going down. Under President Barack Obama, the U.S. unemployment rate went down from 10 percent in October of 2009 to 4.8 percent when he left office. Now, it’s at 4 percent.

This is not just a U.S. phenomenon. As much of the world continues to recover from the great recession of 2008...…………

Treasury contemplates how to cut another $100 billion in taxes, mainly benefiting the rich

Mnuchin told the newspaper the Treasury was examining whether it could use regulatory powers to allow taxpayers to account for inflation in calculating capital gains tax liabilities. That would allow taxpayers to adjust the initial value of an asset, such as a home or shares of stock, for inflation when selling it, the NYT said.

I thought insider trading was a crime. Why haven't you informed the authorities on all these criminals. Also, would you care to share the names of those that are guilty?

Got that right. Just one example of Trump the con artist totally lying about the intent of the bill.

"...The GOP has repeatedly touted the measure as a boon to working American families, and Trump called the tax cut bill the "biggest in history." He also told supporters at a Missouri rally in November that the bill would hurt wealthier Americans...."

"This is not good for me," he said at the time. "Me, it's not so — I have some very wealthy friends. Not so happy with me, but that's OK."

Hours after signing the GOP's massive tax bill on Friday, President Donald Trump told friends at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida that they "all just got a lot richer,"...

Chris and Cameron Collins. But, no worries--they've been arrested.

Tip of the iceberg.

The poor ******* earning minimum wage needs to educate himself - join a trades program - or just look for a better job. Minimum wage is and always has been a starting point - best suited for teenagers and those looking for something to do part time - young and old.
