BALTIMORE — Masks will no longer be required inside Baltimore City Hall.

Mayor Brandon Scott formally lifted the mandate Tuesday.

This means masks are now optional during hearings or City Council and Board of Estimates meetings.

City Hall was closed to the public for two years due to the pandemic.

Democrats are a little slower than everyone else, and this proves it beyond any doubt. Good grief.

My personal prohibition against going into Baltimore unless absolutely required (which it sometimes it, because that's where my office is) remains in effect.

Leftists love control and being controlled by Government.

Well, I have a problem with being disallowed from dealing with the government because you refuse to wear a useless cloth mask.

So glad I escaped Baltimore in February 2020. Perfect timing.

If you're heading to Baltimore you can leave your mask at home but under NO circumstance do you forget to wear your bullet proof vest.

I would love to see the video when somebody walks in and out of no where lets loose with a big old Sneeze. And see if calls ring out to reinstate the mandate.

Not to mention that it could stampede the sheep.

Doesn't really surprise me. They were all about "the science" until it didn't agree with their controlling agenda. They can't have people walking around free to go about life with smiles.

I suspect this had more to do with no public...equals a much simpler workday.

Just like I'm sure many teachers enjoyed remote classes.

Roll out of before the start of class and you're good to go. So what if most kids weren't learning.

They weren't learning before the pandemic either.
