Barbara Underwood new AG for state of NY is going to get Trump and his kids and Cohen and others associated with that Trump charity for fraud--tax fraud and other illegal activities

Cohen got a supoena from the NY state tax office and he called them right away by personally calling the tax Dept himself....
Cohen has no charges from this lawsuit at this time
But he certainly has taken being out on bail for other criminal charges seriously...
She initially filled a civil lawsuit but sent referrals to the state and federal tax authorities as well as other entities which could develop into CRIMINAL lawsuits-not the original civil suit she filed...

IMO this is where it will get interesting. State charges can't be pardoned by Trump.

How much money was actually donated by the "charity" foundation and how much money was claimed in taxes?

If it was not used for charitable purposes, what was the money used for?

What were the sources of the money? Can NYS subpoena his tax returns to find out?

What was the form of the currency? Dollars? rubles?

What other organizations was Trump dealing with? Are the suggestions that his condo buildings were really money laundering operations true?

Why would Trump allow his country club members to run the VA? Was there a reason for that? A debt owed?

So many questions that the NYS investigations could reveal.
