For example, when he proposes a "comprehensive government approach to weight loss" or a "comprehensive overhaul of education." What does it mean to you:

1) He's from the government and he's just here to help.
2) You as a taxpayer are about to get it in the shorts.
3) Uh-oh. A huge boondoggle is on the way.
4) I think that politicians have our best interest in mind.
