not much to support the doorman's story presently. from what i've seen it's just a claim that someone told him the housekeeper had a child with trump, no direct knowledge. but..... i'm sure media outlets will attempt to track down contemporaneous trump tower employees to test the validity of the claim ( if non-disclosures were standard practice for trump employees then expect anonymous sources ) .
i'm curious why the national enquirer dropped this one and if there's more "catch and kill" stories about to come out.
EVERYONE knows that this doorman was released from his exclusivity clause with AMI prior to last April 11th.
what's the evidence to support the claim?
from the OP link:
"In April, Sajudin told CNN he claims to have knowledge of a relationship Trump had with his former housekeeper that resulted in a child. At the time, AMI called Sajudin's story "not credible" and denied any connection between the story and Trump and his then-personal attorney Michael Cohen."
so, sajudin was offering no specifics back in april, which would seem odd if he was released from his contract.

This one wasn't "catch and kill".
The doorman has been free to talk since early April.
The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Associated Press, and the New Yorker all have tried (and failed) to verify the story.
The doorman has been free to talk since early April.
then what do you believe has changed since april? doesn't make sense to have a lawyer make a statement that a client is released from a contract if it's been the case for over 4 months.

AMI's chief content officer, Dylan Howard, said in a statement: "It is a disconcerting view of the level of hysteria and partisanship in American politics that not reporting a story that multiple media outlets have now also confirmed to be untrue has become headline news."
"Paying for information has long been a practice of The National Enquirer and to suggest that it has only paid for, and not run, stories about any particular person is absurd," Howard said. "The fact that no other news organization has subsequently been able to validate the story after AMI released the subject from his exclusivity clause confirms the basis for our editorial decision."
altho there's still a piece missing. it's not jiving IMO to retread this in august if he was free to share the story in april.
this is interesting tho:

we now know that's absolutely what they did with the karen mcdougal story.
