I couldn't keep my doctors that I wanted. Couldn't pick any health insurance that I wanted. And my brother he said since Obamacare his health insurance went up from 235 to 940 just for him and his daughter.
My boyfriend nevrr liked Obama and he is black and worked hard to get out of the ghetto. He told me Obama seems like a fake. When Obama and the media turned against the cops he told me " I told you so"
I was able to keep my doctor with ACA and since Trump took over, my benefits have gone down and the cost has gone up. Give me Obamas plan any day.
Obamas plan isn't sustainable with respect to ins. Company expected PROFITS.
The "personal mandate " per person is enough to keep them swimming in cash however its unconstitutional to enforce it through the IRS as a separate line item as income masked as a penalty.
You are already taxed on your income...they cannot now tax a portion of that income , again.
And quite frankly, if our family is healthy why would we be required to share in the health costs of the chronically ill?
We have paid our share of health care by paying our own health care bills.
Nope, Obama failed there. All he did was move around the manner in which obscene health care costs get paid by Americans. Back to the drawing board.

Limited support for open enrollment
Killed the cost-sharing subsidies:
Eliminated the individual mandate
Gave states more control over Medicaid programs
Proposed allowing small businesses to buy health insurance together
Encouraged the sale of short-term health plans
Weakened the contraceptive mandate
Tightened the rules for consumers seeking coverage, while loosening them for insurers
Trump did all this, mostly via EO's. . Its not the ACA any more. Its Trump care and most of these things have eliminated benefits, increased cost and caused confusion. Inform yourself.
The transparency lie is one we are still are experiencing. That's my choice.
I, and probably many others, don't listen to promises made by any candidate on either side but, yeah, this one was a biggie and probably what was paramount in the "hope and change" bit
I think my personal favorite is, under ACA you will save $2500/yr. OR maybe, 'if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor'.....
He sure didn't lie to me. I love my plan under the ACA.
