yes they should be arrested for harassment and disorderly conduct, among other charges. in addition, since she was the one that pushed this on her supporters, maxine waters needs to be sued for incitement to riot.

I would think they could be arrested for disturbing the peace. A lot of the places around here have bouncers, security guards and so on. I would definitely ask the paying customer to stay.

There needs to be some sort of penalty. ATM I cannot think of a charge other than disorderly but that will not suffice.
