OK, take Bill Clinton off the list then.

Which court decisions are you talking about? You've brought "them" up twice now but can't list a single decision that you're talking about. Be specific, which ones are you talking about? It's not like Trump is trying to get the SCOTUS to approve a tax on every American forcing them to buy a product/service that many don't want or need.

Instead he lied about it and we cannot have a liar on the SC.
But we already do.

The FBI conducted this investigation under the directives from the WH. I never hated the FBI and do not now. You can't seem to understand that the FBI is non-partisan and does whatever work it is directed to do.

Default How can we tell that the FBI's investigation reports have good news for Kavanaugh?

Q: How can we tell that the FBI's investigation reports have good news for Kavanaugh?

A: Diane Feinstein's office hasn't leaked it yet.

The Democrats are upset because the court, going forward, will not be as likely to impose such taxes on Americans and less likely to legislate from the bench. Democrats want only liberal justices who will impose their personal preferences on Americans and ram through their pet projects that they can’t get passed by legislative means.
