And since this was not a criminal investigation, then no, it would not be like not interviewing a murder suspect.

That hearing was not conducted in a manner that the FBI would interview someone.

I don't see how. The SJC Dems agreed to the terms.

Since you seem to be knowledgeable about this, exactly what manner would the FBI do, and how would it extract more information that what they already said?

They did? I kind of doubt that.

We all know it's a bunch of crap. The FBI pretty much had a free hand in doing the additional background checks.

Liberals want a Mueller type investigation that takes the next 12 months.

Only for informational purposes, which they did. 302s

Wouldn't that include interviewing both Ford and Kavanaugh.
No. They already testified. The FBI interviewed the relevant individuals who did not testify last Thursday.

Dems last week... We should have an FBI investigation so we have the facts.

Repubs.... Okay but only interview those without involvement and it can only last a few days.

Dems...That is no an investigation, it is a sham investigation.

BTW, if McConnel doesn't have the votes to confirm because senators are not impressed by this sham of an investigation, don't blame the democrats for the delay.

The IRS has a policy of levying penalty or criminal charges against those who file "frivolous tax returns." Is there such a policy for the 123,876,456 democrat activists who have now come forward and accused the judge of being a serial rapist who belonged to a club that lined up behind a drunk, bound woman and "took turns"? Is there no penalty for absolute stupid nonsense accusations like that?

As for the OP, believe me, you'd have heard by now if the FBI had any pay dirt.

It seems it is time for a new direction for the left; this ore vein has petered out just like the last one hundred have. I think it's time to shut your mining operation down. It is digging up absolutely nothing besides fool's gold.
