We can do it on his lying under oath about multiple subjects before the sexual allegations even came up, like claiming he didn't receive or know about documents stolen from the Democrats, or that he wasn't involved in such-and-such legal matters while there are e-mails showing he was summoned to conferences about those very things.

As to Kavanaugh not being partisan, even if we set aside his hyper-partisan ranting during his testimony, we also have, again, him receiving confidential documents stolen from Democrats and then perjuring himself over it, and his hounding of Vince Foster's family and perpetuating of conspiracy theories about his death during his time working for Kenneth Starr.

By rights, Kavanaugh disqualified himself before Ford said a word, by committing perjury multiple times over multiple subjects.
Exactly. But you know what? It doesn't matter. He will be confirmed anyway. By continuing to support Kavanaugh, supporters are saying they will not believe a woman in their lives who says she was sexually assaulted. They will not believe their wife, or their daughter, or sister if there is no "proof." It has to be on videotape, or her friend has to witness it or something. Otherwise, she's just a liar. Make no mistake, that is what you are saying. They are also saying it's OK for a judge on the highest court in the land to lie under oath numerous times. A man who will be a judge for decades. It's OK because he is a conservative. They would never hire such a man to clean their office or run their cash register, but they would hire him for Supreme Court justice. As long as he's a Republican, that's all that matters.

The Left's new tactics are directly from 'Crazy' Maxine Waters' anything-goes war plan!

Way back in June she told supporters at a rally in Los Angeles: "If you see anybody from that (Trump) Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them, and you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere."

Some perspective on all this
I lived through all the chaos, violence, and ugliness of the sixties, civil rights, Vietnam — and as painful and disruptive as those years were, there was also some good and needed changes to our country that came out of it all.

The same can happen with lessons we learn from all this. I think the midterms will hugely important in deciding
which direction we want our country headed in.

What a load of crap.....

But since you like to make stuff up, I bet those daughters and sisters can provide when, where, and other details that would make their statements more believable....oh and I bet you they would go to the police also...

See how easy that is....

Then, oopsie, the unthinkable. Trump wins and you get two conservatives [entitled, privileged, white, and apparently biological cisgender males]. With the possibility of more appointments.

Yes, I feel your pain
Then you're buying into the B.S. hook line and sinker. Want the solution? Start DEMANDING strict constitutionalists instead of cheering for Justices that you think will follow your ideological, religious bent and you'll get what the court was designed to be.
A decider of and ONLY OF what the Constitution allows instead of putting on the ideologue colored glasses and then reading the Constitution or, as they've been doing for the last decade or so legislating from the bench.

Arguably that's how the Obamacare penalty "tax" made it through SCOTUS, legislating from the bench, because it's sure as hell wasn't constitutional on it's face.
