What biz owners out there are going to be wild about hiring women after this crazed "I wuz raped and molested by ------- fill in the blank". Liberalism appears to be short sighted, and these crazies getting temp revenge have probably set women back 50 years.

All I know is that employers are going to have develop a backbone of accuses male employees accusing of sexism and racism off of work hours. The sjw and the feminists who are outraged will want to make sure that such employee is terminated and can never be employed again. This is not good. Sad part is that most HR divisions are controlled by women and might be sympathetic to women's causes.
What will happen is that men will either begin to work for themselves or try to obtain field government positions.
There is going to be a backlash all right, but it's going to go the other way. Women compromise more than 50% of the population. Our days of sitting down, shutting up, and allowing men to get away with whatever they please is over.

I think a lot of people have handled the big SJW movement toward all liberal interest groups the same way. Many people are simply avoiding situations where they come into contact with feminists, gays and minorities. It’s easier and safer to avoid them then it is to play the game. Who wants to be accused? Have their words analyzed for hidden racial or social meanings. Many white people will simply and quietly go to the polls and vote for republicans like they did in 2016. Our only defense to being ruled by the politically correct is to vote to keep them far from the levers of power.

You forget that only liberal women make up this metoo none sense. A silent majority of women worry about the future for the country and their husbands, fathers and sons. Keep dreaming if you think most women are metooers.

Sjws pro blacks and feminists, to a certain degree alt right are all outrage collective mobs. Employers are afraid of such groups because they can smear the crap out if a business into oblivion. Now employers will need to develop a backbone and avoid such groups who attack business because of an employees words or actions outside the sphere of work.

What rock do you live under ? You are really starting to sound like one of those people that likes to blame everyone else for their lack of success and or happiness in life.
Women have been powerful in the workplace for quite some time now. I work for a $40 Billion company and our CEO is a woman, my Sr. Manager is a woman, my Executive Director is a woman, our engineering staff is filled with women... these women didn't get were they are by sitting down, shutting up or allowing men to get in their way. This isn't 1960 anymore.
