Women do not want to spend years pouring through boring legal documents just to get some prestige.

There are 3 women on the supreme court so your argument doesn't hold, besides your point is that only men want to spend years reading legal documents because they have patience. Who would want a SC appointment just for the prestige. LOL

Women are now the majority in both Med and Law schools.

Have neighbors who are both Mds. They alternate being the stay at home parent.

Lots of men wouldn't do the extra work either.

There are women that would gladly sit on the committee and do the work.

The number of female doctors is increasing. Last year a fraction of a percent over half of those who enrolled in medical school were female.

The tendency these days is for both men and women in medicine to want to have a better balance between professional and home life.

Great, but now that's going to keep increasing the stress toll on women as time goes on.

Surprise surprise! Most of us don’t want to work that hard. More importantly, life is not all about working and making money. Family and friends are far more valuable to us than social status.

Please support the facts you claim. Perhaps you are suggesting that SOME mothers of small children prefer jobs with flexibility and time at home. Surely you are not suggesting that all women want the same thing. Do all men want the same things for their lives? No.

To me, your statement is a thinly veiled attempt at arguing against equality for women. You know, keep the women in the bedroom and out of the boardroom.

Yeah because women really want to be corporate slaves, yep. Sheesh and here I thought automation couldn't get any faster
