I know nothing about Kanye other than he is in the music business, has had some mental health issues, and is married to a wealthy reality star. the OP is right. If white TV commentators had called Kanye a "token negro", laughed at his past mental health issues, or said "Kanye west is what happens when negroes don't read", their white asses would be unemployed. But those same words and behavior were acceptable for three black commentators on CNN.
