Obama also intentionally neglected America's veterans as one scandal after another at the VA hospitals under his watch.
They shouldn't forgive Obama for one big fiasco after another in regards to the VA ignoring veterans healthcare needs that they were promised.

And IF it was indeed depleted, instead of whining about Obama, Trump should be calling for an audit of the DoD to find out just WHERE all that $$$ went.
