Should Ford face alleged charges to be tried in due process on whether guilty or not guilty of lying?
Even if she lied, it is not a crime to do so, but why not investigate to get to the bottom of it. Is she was telling the truth, then impeach Kavanaugh.
Ford is a very troubled person, and has been for a long time. I don't think she was lying, she just really doesn't remember the details, like who, where, when, but she is sure that one of her 54 teenage hookup partners did something she didn't like.
It was painful to watch the Dems use this poor woman's mental illness as a last ditch feeble attempt to keep a moderate off the supreme court. And now she will be cast aside, thrown under the bus so to speak.
Absolutely you have to investigate her and if she lied, she needs to be charged. You can't have people lie about something like a Supreme Court nomination without consequences or else all future nominations will be filled with phony allegations just to obstruct.
I trust that the investigation into this "crime" you've imagined will be just as thorough as the fake, rigged investigation into Kavanaugh.
Faked and rigged? LOL.... You guys are a joke.
