What a dumb post! Did those other caravans in the past number in the thousands crashing our border all at once?
Wanting our immigration laws enforced and our border secured does not equate to being scared or angry it's about our laws and why they are in place. Typical lefty using asinine words such as "Trumpists". You guys cant' be civil no matter what.
We don't need a caravan coming here to continue to vote for Trump or any other Republicans. The fact that Trump has already promised to secure our border is enough for me. Oh, you and your guarantees they mean nothing nor would it change our votes anyway.

Not unless they get some transport. They're still over 1000 miles away. If they can walk 20 miles/day (doubtful) that would put them more than 50 days out.
Bad analogy! Are there 11 plus million Americans living in Mexico illegally? Doesn't matter all countries should deport illegal aliens no matter who they are.
The major difference between Americans living Mexico is they don't collect any aid from the Mexican government...mean while illegal aliens of all nationalities collect billions from American taxpayers in anything from welfare, schools and medical care. Oh by the way Mexico has a limited universal health care system but American living in Mexico are not eligible.

Yes you can detain fake asylum seekers. The international asylum law interpretation is refugees must claim asylum in the first safe country they enter such as Mexico. You can bet your puppy that the left and the ACLU will attempt to lawyer them up and tell them what to say to achieve asylum and because of their mass numbers they will be release (I believe there are about 70K pending cases) with a court date they have no intention to keep because there is no way to track them once they leave the border area.
A solution, that I am sure the left and the ACLU will oppose,...put a tracking chip on their body.

Doesn't mean that this caravan won't continue to be big once they reach our border. Several from the last one did indeed enter illegally they didn't go to a port of entry to request asylum and that's why all the whining and crying about their kids being separated from them.

Guess people don't think about Americans living illegally in Mexico. Mexicans and others aren't the only illegal immigrants
First of all, anybody who lives in another country illegally needs to face the consequences of said country's immigration laws.
Second, this thread isn't about illegal Americans living in Mexico. If you want to discuss this particular topic, then start a separate thread about it.
Mexico should round them up and ship them back south. Last time I was in the Chiapas region of Mexico, near the Guatemala border, Federal police routinely boarded the busses I was on to check passports and IDs looking for illegals.
