Thanks for posting this. People, drill down into the link to see where the money is going.

1) Drug war. - I say stop spending that.
2) Dole-McGovern program - Ditto, that's something they should figure out on their own.
3) Same program
etc.

Some of it I can understand but the top couple represent half or so of the aid total and should be cut imo.

We shouldn't babysit other countries free-market agriculture etc.
