Doesn't matter what his position is or was on the issue, you can't change the 14th without an amendment.

It doesn't need changing. It only needs to go back to the Supreme Court to rule on what "and" subject to the jurisdiction meant back then.

Yeah, that clip from 25 years ago puts the long-term strategy of the Democratic Party in clear perspective. Republican candidates in 2016 weren't much better than the Democrats. No wonder Trump won. The system is rigged against hardworking people.
