No Court has ruled DACA unconstitutional. The fact that SCOTUS has not addressed it does not change that fact.
You were the one who suggested that SCOTUS had ruled against it by responding to the fact that no Court has ruled it to be unconstitutional by saying "except for SCOTUS" which isn't true. They haven't ruled it unconstitutional either.
So the President is not above the law after all. No matter how repugnant certain laws are to the POTUS, there is a specific process we have to follow before we can change the rules.
Yes really, no court has found DACA to be an illegal action and it has been around for 6 years, the order adds some sensibility to our lack of cohesive plan to address the 11 million illegal immigrants living in the US.
