Cohen can say what he wants, doesn't make it automatically a campaign contribution.
Nope, just asking someone to do something illegal doesn't necessarily muster a conspiracy charge.
He recorded probably all of his communication, so I think the truth will be apparent at the end.

you may want to let george conway know, he seems to be under the impression that it would be a felony.
There are a host of lawyers giving their opinions on TV covering the spectrum of possibilities. As they say, opinions are like a**holes, everyone has one.
As they say, opinions are like a**holes, everyone has one.
this is true, the trick is to know who has an educated well-informed opinion. conway was in consideration for solicitor general, i'd definitely rank his opinion on legal matters higher than yours or mine.
And ouch, Cohen goes under the bus. A modest reduction, but they want him to serve serious time. While he assisted, he refused to go all in and be a cooperating witness. Cohens probably going to get 3-4 years if I had to guess. Looks like trying to sit on the fence and play both sides gets some credit, but you're either all in or out with Muellers team.
He, like the others, would not lie to bear false witness against Trump.
Mueller is mad, he could not roll anyone against Trump and that was his only job.
Corsi's harassment, was the window into what is really going on and the evil that will be waged to get there by any means possible.
The only thing not redacted in that portion of the memo was the name: Konstantin Kilimnik.
Tells me that Mueller wants the public to know Konstantin Kilimnik was mentioned in connection with Manafort but nothing else.
Now why would Mueller go to the trouble of redacting everything but the name, Konstantin Kilimnik? Could be several reasons, but he can't be oblivious to the media hysteria and his mandate: Russia collusion. He wants the public to think this has something to do with Russia collusion. Otherwise, why not just redact everything in that portion, including the name Konstantin Kilimnik?
Whether it has anything to do with that, well only people who have access to the none redacted portion can answer. I personally think it has nothing to do with it, and Mueller is dishonestly playing most of you as suckers. Sort of teasing meat in front of a salivating dogs.
Do you know what the significance of Konstantin Kilimnik is?
Doesn't need to be, though, does it? "...high crimes and misdemeanors..."
"High crimes and misdemeanors" is not well defined. It can be anything Congress decides it is.
"Treason", however, is a whole different matter.
