Suppose you sketch out for us what would have been involved in "preparing" these trace amounts of degraded materials to bring them to a state where they would have been capable of killing thousands. I assume you meant us to believe "thousands of people" rather than say "thousands of ants" or some such.

No, the international concept of "imminent threat" would seem a reasonable one to me. Of course, Iraq was not one of those either, but I guess you are among those who believe that asking one to have an actual reason for invading foreign countries is just so much useless, bothersome nit-picking.

Anyone here who claims to know that is lying. And as at least some here are quite likely to have the capacity to recall, far from being off, the heat was at an all-time high level.
