Another fool trying desperately, (and failing) to bring a sense of uniqueness or consequence to themselves by making a mockery of their body - permanently. Dismiss them as you do the fools with nose-rings.

aesthetically i give the guy props for having the commitment to keep a consistent style/theme for a complete body tatt. my biggest beef with modern tattoos is that people will get work done that, as an individual design, looks great but has no cohesive balance to the body and/or previous tattoos.
