The budget is $3,800 billion.
It costs $49 billion to educate the 1 million foreign born school age kids who attend school here illegally.

5 billion is not much.
Build it.

They want to skew immigration policies back to the 40s and 50s--
They want to be allowed to separate families and children and to hold them indefinitely
Think Concentration Camp and you get the idea of what Miller hopes to achieve
And our current immigration policy ALLOWS for people to apply for asylum--
They would not away with that almost totally...
Ignorance and stupidity. Fight them when you can.

We see that as a resounding success. Congress has refused to address the issue in a meaningful way, so now perhaps they will.
Trump is keeping the government closed until this issue is solved. I cannot imagine who you keep stamping your feet and saying "it is on Trump". We know that. It's true. And it's the right thing to do.

Top Corporate Executives Descend On Washington To Lobby For Amnesty…

(Bloomberg) - Evangelical pastors, corporate leaders, elected Republican officials and small-government activists arrive in Washington next week to lobby lawmakers to revamp U.S. immigration policies before year’s end.

The “conservative fly-in” will involve about 600 people and include personal meetings with at least 80 Republican members of Congress, said Ali Noorani, an organizer of the event and executive director of the National Immigration Forum.

Back when this was posted on the Tea Party Website in 2014, the comments section was full of people in support of this, and added the American Worker priced themselves out of the globalist market.
They supported illegal workers coming here.
Tea Partiers, like Trump supporters (and there is likely a large number who are both), are not very bright. They will support whatever they're told to support in the moment. If, in the next moment, they're told to switch their support to the other side, they do so easily and without any problem. When you lack the capacity for cognizant thought, it's easy to believe anything you're told to believe.

Someone should tell Trump that. He has taken to blaming the Democrats. If it's the right thing to do, why has he stopped owning it?

So, the BEST the 'great negotiator' can do is throw a hissy fit and hold American workers hostage until he gets his way?

Pathetic!

Does anyone see a problem with this?"

Looks like a plan to me. Lets spend money on needed infrastructure projects in our states. No need to **** away 40 billion on Trump's folly just so he can claim a "win".

I'm just waiting for Trump to instigate his own Gulf of Tonkin or WMD moment in my city in order to stir up the lemmings.

You're dodging the issue. The point is tens of thousands of Venezuelans will flee into Central America and from there try to make their way to the US.

And when/where did Hillary suggest 'negotiating' should be done by throwing a hissy fit until one gets their way?
